It’s been a brilliant bike, the only problem I had was the dropper post remote seemed to snap internally somehow, but giant sent out a replacement without any hassle.
WebIf the post is having issues actually dropping all the way, make sure the seat post clamp isn’t too tight. If it’s too tight, it won’t allow the dropping mechanism to work properly.
